it was raining all week, and we made plan to do the photos cuz they have to take a day off, we called each other in the morning and it was thundering and pouring hard, but I told them….”wind rain no change” we end up starting at 3pm, and also per Nat and Steve request, they don’t want to show their wedding photos til it’s completely done or at least closer to their wedding day which is November, so these are just few shots before the wedding gown, Steve is funny for the most part, so when we were at Shek O we had to do the King of Comedy scene again, lol

super weather today, little cold in the morning, I washed my car at the front porch, right around noon time it got a little warmer, this is a perfect weather, and I had lunch with Joy’s family, we were doing a little shoot with the kids, as I am posting these photos and working on the computer, I am watching the Soul man on DVD, I loved Bernie Mac and Issac Hayes, and this movie became history cuz it’s the last movie for both of them, it’s crazy how life could end suddenly…..
Anyways, I am looking forward for this new week, big dinner plan on the 21st reunion with some old friends from 20 years ago, and the pre wedding shoot for Steve and Natalie…..

for some reason when I saw Barack O’bama on the news yesterday I felt very happy, and my heart was saying “my president” and I am looking forward for the next 8 yrs of Obama time in the US, I love the USA and I am a proud Chinese American………peace!
I posted these images on facebook already, but I will post them here too, cuz this is my real blog……lol, I took these last Sunday with them, Ming has one more month when the baby will be coming out and I am leaving for LA today so last Sunday was the only day I can shoot them, I am glad that they loved the photos, also many good comments on FB, haha, I will design an album for them soon.

Congratulations to Sam and Ray, very happy to be their photographer, they are very down to earth, down here in Hong Kong, many people walking down the street, but we don’t care, and thats how I do most of the time anyways, don’t care about whats going on around us, we take the photos………one thing I learn being a Hong Kong photographer, you have to be good at photoshop, and you have to photoshop pretty much all your images then give them to your clients…….haha take longer seriously……..time is precious man……

it’s been a busy week, still have so much editing to do, and I have to finish Joseph album, this is his 3 year old birthday I did it last month in LA, the Bustamante has been a good grace to me since my photography started in LA, I did Joseph’s Baptism and 1st birthday party, and he just turned 3 last month, and they are such a loyal family, big Joe and Ana had referred me to their friends, and really helped my business grow, you are awesome, so what I am going to do is give you a FREE……………..preview on the album here, haha..
